Okay folks, this next idea didn't have a source...but it's pretty self explanatory. Simply buy Styrofoam cones in different sizes (any sizes you want, as long as they are in differing heights!) Buy yarn in candy corn colors, yellow - orange - white. Hot glue your starting end to the top or bottom of the Styrofoam cone, and start wrapping your yarn. You'll want 3 equal sections of each color on your cone, so maybe mark those sections before hand so you know where your stopping each color. The top is just some buttons to cover the exposed Styrofoam. Who doesn't love candy corn! It wouldn't be Halloween without them! Mmmmm...Candy Corn.
