Happy Mother's Day!

I hope all you Mother's have a beautiful day filled with many blessings from those you love and adore.  

This morning I woke up to my oldest giving me all the goodies he made me at school this week which included a coupon book full of chores, a picture he drew of me {love it because he drew me super skinny}, a laminated picture magnet of himself for the fridge, and a "things I love about my mom" questionnaire.  Then the hubs and them got me a small flat screen for our bedroom.  It's our first flat screen in this house so it's kind of a big deal!  

I'm so thankful that God saw fit for me to have these amazing boys.  I'll tell you that some days I wonder why he chose me to raise them, since I often feel like I'm not doing the job he trusted me to do.  Then there are days like today when they just snuggle me and tell me how much they love me that makes it all fall in to place for me and reassures me that I'm doing a good job with them and it's a learning process.  I love being a Mom, I love my job...even if it's the hardest job I'll ever have.  

And finally, I'm incredible blessed to have such a great Mom myself.  She is my everything, my best friend, and my mentor.  She spoils me, even though she shouldn't.  She understands my dirty sense of humor and loves me anyways and even laughs with me sometimes.  My mom is the best.  I love you Mom and hope today is special for you!  Happy Mother's Day!
