Every year I look forward to coloring Easter eggs with the boys, and selfishly it’s more for me I think than it is them. I love the colors. I love creating and mixing colors, it’s fun to me. I don’t always like eating the eggs {or smelling them in my fridge}, but I adore seeing those beautiful jewel tones in my fridge. One of my most favorite colors to make is this deep teal and I mix it will a fuchsia purple to make a beautiful marbled egg. I thought these ideas would help you find some new techniques you might not have thought to use normally. I am a big fan of using stickers, rubber bands, the wax crayons relief, and string. Is there something special you do when dyeing Easter eggs, a special technique?
