Now mix the second box of pudding mix the exact same way and pour in to the second ziplock bag. Be sure both bags are zipped and place in the refrigerator for 3-5 minutes to set up a bit. Remove bags of pudding from fridge and snip a 1/2″ size hole in the corner of the bag, use it like a traditional piping bag to fill your popsicle containers or paper cups. Layer your flavors any way you would like. You can add the optional items like mini-chocolate chips or banana chunks in to each layer if you like.
Once your mold is full put your popsicle stick in the center. Place in freezer for 2 hours.I will say that it was really difficult to remove my pudding pops from the plastic popsicle mold I used, so I think next time I will just stick to the paper cups that I can easily peel off the pop.
