Easy Halloween Party Decor Ideas

09/21/2014 4 Comments

Easy Halloween Party Decor IdeasAll week I’ve been sharing Easy Halloween Party Decor Ideas, and today wraps up this fun series.  Today’s final project is an Easy Halloween Banner, so simple but paired with all the other elements I’ve shared it ties it all together perfectly.

Supplies:

–  Cricut Explore cutting machine
–  Cricut cutting mat
–  black cardstock
–  bakers twine

Easy Halloween BannerThis banner was so simple to put together in just minutes.  I found the image in Cricut Design Space, it’s actually the same image I used on the Easy Halloween Cupcake Toppers & Wrappers.  I just enlarged the image to about 3.5″ in diameter so it was the right size to be paired with a super cute gold polka dotted burlap banner I had made for my St. Patrick’s Day Mantel this past March.

Once the design was ready to go I cut it super quick with my Cricut Explore.  You know that cute gold polka dotted burlap banner it’s paired with?  Yeah you can totally cut that burlap with the Cricut Explore too!

web garlandWhen the machine is done cutting all your cute webs stringing them is easy with some cute bakers twine.  I used black and white to stay with my color scheme, but orange and white would be super cute!

Putting together themed party decor doesn’t need to cost a lot of money, all of the Easy Halloween Party Decor Ideas I shared with you were made with paper.  I actually had everything I used on hand with the exception of the black and white polka dot cardstock. So for $6 I threw this cute set up together so easily.  Even if you don’t have everything on hand, you can easily create this for under $20 with craft store coupons.
